Section 10. Power to remove difficulties

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the Government may, by order published in the 1[Official Gazette], make provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty.
