Section 3-B. Sumptuary and constituency allowance to Ministers and Ministers of State

1[Sumptuary and constituency allowances] to Ministers and Ministers of State.––The 2[Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir may, by rules made in this behalf, provide for the grant of such 1[sumptuary and constituency allowance] per mensum as he may deem fit to any Minister or a Minister of State.]
