Section 3. Establishment of the Bank

(1) *The Hyderabad State Bank shall be established. 1[XXX]

(2) The Bank shall be a body corporate having a common seal and it shall have the power to institute and defend suits and other legal proceedings and to discharge all such duties as may be necessary for its purposes.
