Section 38. Execution of Contracts

All contacts relating to the management and administration of the 1[University] shall be expressed as made by the Executive Council, and shall be executed by the Director when the value of the contract is above ten lakhs of rupees and by the Registrar, when its value does not exceed ten lakhs of rupees
