Section 4. Repeal of Maharashtra Ordinance II of 1967

The Bombay Village Police (Appointments and disciplinary action by Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Validation) Ordinance, 1967 (Mah. Ord. II of 1967), is hereby repealed.
