Section 6. Penalty

Whoever contravenes the provision of the section 5 shall, without prejudice to any action to any action that may be taken by the competent authority under sub-section (3) of section 5, be punishable with imprisonment which may extent one year or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
