Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel for the complainant. 4. Applicant was granted interim bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 02.05.2025. 5. Learned State Counsel has apprised to this Court that charge sheet has already been filed and trial has already been commenced and evidence is going on. 6. Deceased was husband of the applicant and as per allegations, deceased was put to harassment by the applicant and commit suicide and now, the applicant is facing the trial for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC in Criminal Case No. 415 of 2024 (State of Uttarakhand Vs. Yogita Pandey) pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Khatima. 7. Be that as it may, interim bail was granted and the trial is at the stage of evidence. In such an eventuality, present anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally by making interim order dated 02.05.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court as absolute and simultaneously, the trial court is also directed to expedite and conclude the trial within 9 months without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Prosecution is also directed to make all possible efforts in expediting the trial within the aforesaid period. 8. Subject to the observation and directions, as above, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally. |
