| 4. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner, therefore, he must have joined duties at the transferred place. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioner had served at_sugam_ places for more than fourteen years, therefore, as per provisions of Transfer Act, he was liable to be transferred to a _durgam_place. Thus, he submits that there is no infirmity in the impugned transfer order. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to some personal difficulties, petitioner is finding it very difficult to serve at Kirtinagar, therefore, he may be permitted to make |

| 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation regarding his transfer. If he makes such representation within two weeks from today, the Transferring Authority shall look into his request and take appropriate decision, as per law, within three months thereafter. |
