By the instant writ petition, petitioners are praying for the following reliefs: “i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to treat the entire services of the petitioner as daily wager with effect from their initial date of appointment and consequently, consider her claim for regularisation on the post occupied by her or on any other equivalent post w.e.f. the date of their initial engagement and pay her all consequential benefits.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue, as raised in this petition, is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court dated 06.01.2025 in bunch of writ petitions, leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others). 6. Learned State Counsel and Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Sr. Advocate for the University fairly submits that issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court dated 06.01.2025 in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others) 7. In view of the submissions as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 06.01.2025 passed in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs.
