| respondent no. 6 is still continuing in the |
| institution where she was serving all along. |

Learned
counsel
for
the
petitioner |
submits that petitioner is a widow and as per
Government Policy, while transferring widows,
option has to be invited, which was not done
in the case of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed |
of
with
liberty
to
petitioner
to
make |
| representation to the competent authority |
| against her transfer. In the representation, |
| she may also indicate three institutions, |
where she wishes to be transferred. If she
makes such representation within ten days
from today, decision thereupon shall be taken
within four weeks thereafter. |
8.
For a period of six weeks or till decision |
| is taken, whichever is earlier,_status quo_as |
regards
petitioner’s
posting
shall
be |
maintained.
