Petitioner is lodged in Sampurnanad Shiver/Central Jail, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar. He made an application, which was registered as a writ petition. In the said application, petitioner complained that, due to callous attitude of the authorities, he was not granted Custody Parole by the Jail Authorities, consequently, he could not participate in the marriage ceremony of his daughter and could not perform_Kanyadan_. In the application, petitioner has prayed that appropriate legal action be taken against the concerned authorities, who failed to grant him Custody Parole. |

The marriage of petitioner’s daughter was solemnized long back. In the absence of necessary particulars, no order can be passed in this writ petition. |
