(Through V.C.) 1. Mr. Harendra Belwal, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State. 3. In all these bunch of writ petitions the grievance of the petitioners is that the basic pay of the petitioners have been reduced without giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the basic pay was granted to each of the petitioner in the year 2016; however, after 9 years without any reason, notice and opportunity of hearing the basic pay has been reduced. 5. Learned State counsel have not disputed this fact that while reducing the basic pay no notice and opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioners. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners since reducing of basic pay is without giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioners; therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of finally by directing to the respondents to pass a fresh order by giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and also by reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise be completed by the respondents preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7.
