			(2) Petitioner is aggrieved by a recovery citation, issued by Tehsildar, Kashipur for recovery of ₹17,66,210/ -. From perusal of the record, it is revealed that an order referable to Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003 was passed on 9.11.2023, pursuant to which the impugned recovery citation has been issued. Since an order under Section 126 is appealable under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. (3) Accordingly, writ petition is dism issed on the ground of alternate remedy with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
