			WPMS No. 3156 of 2023 Hon’ble Man oj Ku m ar Tiw ar i, J. (1) Mr. Dheeraj Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner. (2) Mr. Suyash Pant, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.
			(3) Petitioner is a Contractor registered with Forest Department. I n this writ petition, he has challenged the undated order of blacklisting passed by Deputy Director, Govind Wild Life Sanctuary/ National Park Purola, Uttarkashi. Petitioner was blacklisted on the ground that he has obtained money, in respect of a contract of civil work, without completing the work. (4) Learned State Counsel points out that in the contract bond, executed between petitioner and Deputy Director, there is a stipulation made in Clause – 11 that any dispute arising out of the contract shall be referred to Director, whose decision shall be final.
			(5) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that if that is so, petitioner will approach the Director within fifteen days.
			(6) Since against order of blacklisting, petitioner has a remedy of approaching Director, therefore, writ petition is disposed ofonthe ground ofalternate

remedy with liberty to petitioner to
approach Director within fifteen days
from today. For a period of 15 days, no
coercive action shall be taken against
the petitioner, pursuant to the demand notice issued by forest authorities.
