The present Revision has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 21.12.2012, passed by learned Judge, Small Cause Court/ Additional District Judge, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal in SCC Suit No.3 of 2007, by which, the learned Judge has decreed the said SCC Suit.
			3 . Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate, submitted that the revisionist has died. He (Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate) got information from Mr. Atmaram Goyal, the brother of the deceased revisionist,
			that the shop-in-question has been
			handed over to the respondent-plaintiff.
			Therefore, the present Revision has become infructuous.

opposed	by the respondent no.1.
5 . The	present Civil Revision (No.07 of
2013) is	dismissed as infructuous.
