Amendment Application (MCRC/2/2024) 3. An amendment application has been moved by learned counsel for the applicant for amending order dated 05.02.2024, wherein para no.8 of the said order the applicant was directed “in the event of arrest, on executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO concerned.” 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that since in the aforesaid case crime number a charge-sheeted has already been filed on 18.12.2022, therefore the Police has now nothing to do with the arrest of the applicant and he should be directed to execute a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned on his being release on anticipatory bail. 5. The amendment sought is hereby allowed. 6. In para no.8 in place of “to the satisfaction of the SHO concerned” it shall be read to the “satisfaction of the court concerned”. 7.
