At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 states that the SDM will pass a considered and reasoned order on the representation made by the petitioner, and till then no demolition exercise shall be carried out. 6. We may notice that the petitioner claims allotment of 100 Sq. Yard land in Khasra No. 79-M in Village Niwarmundi, Tehsil Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar, whereas the notice issued is in respect of Khasra Nos. 78 and 79 of land falling in Shreni 5-3 (Da). 7. We take the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 on record, and the respondents shall abide by the same. 8. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9. Consequently, pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
