By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the progress report in FIR No.16 of 2022, Police Station Barkot, District Uttarkashi.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Today, learned State counsel gives statement that charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter and the petition has rendered infructuous.
