| Mr. K.S. Bora, Deputy Advocate General for the State. The applicant was granted bail in FIR No. 123 of 2022, under Section 28.12.2022, P.S. Kotwali, District Pithoragarh. Now, a correction application has been filed on the ground that, in fact, the FIR Number is 48 of 2023 and due to inadvertent mistake, in the first page of the bail application the FIR Number is wrongly mentioned as FIR No. 123 of 2023, which has been reflected in the bail order. Correction application (MCRC No. 4 of 2023) is allowed. Accordingly, correction has been made in the order dated 14.12.2023. Let a copy of the order be provided as per rules. |
