| In furtherance of the judgment of 22.11.2021, which has been passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (M/S) No.2757 of 2017, “Anand Prakash Arora & others Vs. Union of India and others”, wherein, the petitioner has put a challenge to the order dated 04.08.2015, passed by the respondent No.3, therein, and the order dated 27.06.2017, which was passed by the respondent No.4, therein, and the petitioner was relegated back to approach the review forum, which would be available to the petitioner under Section 57 of the Cantonment Act, 2006. The petitioner contends, that he has complied with the provisions, and had filed the review application on 24.01.2022, which is still pending consideration, and he has sought a direction, that the review filed by him may be directed, to be decided itself within the certain specified time frame. |
