| WPMS No. 3008 of 2022 Hon’ble Man oj Ku m ar Tiw ar i, J. Mr. Abhishek Bahuguna, learned counsel for the petitioner. This writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 01.12.2022 with a request to learned trial court to make endeavour to decide Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 24 of 2018 as early as possible, preferably within eight months. Today the matter is listed on a letter received from Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh, District Dehradun. By the said letter, extension of time has been sought for deciding aforesaid case. Having regard to the averments made in the letter, time indicated in the order dated 01.12.2022, is extended for further eight months from today. Accordingly, time extension application (MCC No. 1 of 2023) stands disposed of. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the court concerned within 48 hours.
