Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Learned Tehsildar Roorkee District Haridwar to decide the suit number 123 of 2003 under Section 34/35 U.P.L.R. Act 1901 Shahdutt Ali V/s Maula Muzaffar Hussain within such period as may be directed by the Hon’ble High Court.” Having regard to the fact that the suit was filed in 2003, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to concerned Tehsildar to decide the Suit No. 123 of 2003 one way or the other, as early as possible, but not later than nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
