In each of these respective Writ Petitions, the petitioners have put a challenge to the notice, which has been issued under the Public Premises Act, 1971. There are various contentions, which had been raised by the petitioners qua relating to their right and title also in relation to the disputed property. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty reserved for them to raise all the contentions, before the Prescribed Authority, who had issued the notices, as it has been raised in the present Writ Petition. Subject to the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petitions stand dismissed. |
