| There is no representation for the petitioner. Mr. Sushil Vashistha, Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. Against his termination, petitioner filed a writ petition, which was allowed and Writ Court had directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service, with all consequential benefits. Alleging non-compliance of the said order, this contempt petition was filed. Learned Standing Counsel has apprised the Court based on instructions, that pursuant to order of Writ Court, petitioner has been reinstated and all consequential benefits have also been paid to him. In view of the statement so made on behalf of the respondent, the contempt petition is closed. Contempt notice issued to respondent is hereby discharged.
