The respondent no.2-Aslam Saddiq Rana was granted bail by this Court on 15.01.2021. But, on an application of the applicant, the bail was cancelled on 05.09.2022. Thereafter, the respondent no.2-Aslam Saddiq Rana moved an application for recall of the order dated 05.09.2022.
