| BA1 No.2473 of 2020 Hon’ble R.C. Khulbe, J. Mr. Yogesh Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant. Mr. Rohit Dhyani, learned Brief Holder for the State. Time Extension Application (IA/12846/22) has been filed on behalf of the applicant to extend the time, pursuant to the order dated 13.06.2022 and 02.09.2022 passed by this Court, for a further period as the Court deem fit and proper. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused is facing heart injuries and his treatment is going on at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital New Delhi; in this regard, medical report is on record; and, prays that his short-term bail period may be extended for a further period as the Court deem fit and proper. Time extension application is supported by an affidavit. Learned counsel for the State informed that as per the information received from the I.O., the health of the accused is improving. Sufficient ground has been shown. Accordingly, the time extension application is allowed for a further period of 20 days. Thereafter, no further extension will be allowed. Needless to mention that the applicant will surrender before the concerned Jail Authority after the expiry of 20 days period. Copy today. |
