In this matter, bail was granted to the applicant on 07.09.2022. In fact, bail application was filed in Sessions Trial No. 88 of 2022, State Vs. Shivam Gupta, which is based on Case Crime No. 885 of 2021, under Sections 304B, 306, 323, 504, 506 IPC. But, in the bail order, inadvertently, case crime number has wrongly been typed.
Now, a Correction Application No. 01 of 2022 has been filed. It is allowed.
Bail has been granted in BA1 No. 1678 of 2022 to the applicant Shivam Gupta @ Kallu on 07.09.2022, in Sessions Trial No. 88 of 2022, State Vs. Shivam Gupta, which is based on Case Crime No. 885 of 2021, under Sections 304B, 306, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar Haridwar, District Haridwar.
Let a certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties, today itself, on payment of usual charges.
