			These are the three Appeal from Orders, preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, which were decided by the judgment dated 12.03.2022, in the proceedings, which were conducted before the National Lok Adalat. The present Appeals from Orders have been listed today, on the Money Withdrawal Applications being MCC/5337/2022, MCC/5339/2022 & MCC/11742/2022, filed in the three Appeals from Orders respectively, praying for that the statutory deposits, which has been made by the appellant/insurance company, may be directed to be remitted back to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, so that it may be disbursed to the claimants/respondents to the Appeals from Orders. As a consequence to the withdrawal of the Appeals from Orders, the respective Money Withdrawal Applications, of each of the AOs would stand allowed.

The Registry of this Court is directed
to remit the statutory deposit of Rs.
25,000/- each, as deposited by the appellant
in each of the Appeals from Orders to the
learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,
which in turn, would be remitted to the
claimants/respondents of the Appeals from Orders. Accordingly, the aforesaid Money
Withdrawal Applications stand disposed of. Let a copy of this order be placed in the connected Appeals from Orders.
