| Shri Bhuwan Bhatt, Advocate for the petitioner. Shri Gajendra Tripathi, Brief Holder for the State. Heard learned counsel for the parties. An innocuous prayer is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent no. 1 – Assistant Collector, 1st Class, Haridwar to decide the case no. 1 of 2016, pending before him, within a stipulated time. Keeping in view the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the respondent no. 1 – Assistant Collector, 1stClass, Haridwar for early disposal of the case along with a certified copy of this order within two weeks from today. If such an application is filed, the respondent no. 1 shall decide within seven days by a speaking and reasoned order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties whether there are any valid and good grounds for fast tracking the disposal of Case No. 1 of 2016.
