| Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that as on date he has got no instructions to appear in the matter, as new counsel Mr. Dushyant Mainali, has been inducted on their behalf. A request for adjournment was made in the first round on behalf of Mr. Dushyant Mainali. But none appears in the revised call. In that eventuality, this Court has got no other option except to dismiss the recall application (MCC No.9739 of 2022) in default.
