| CRLR No.47 of 2013 Hon’ble R.C. Khulbe, J. Mr. Ghansyam Joshi, learned counsel for the revisionist. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned B.H. for the State. This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 08.03.2013 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar in Appeal No.44 of 2012, “Malkeet Singh Vs. State” whereby the learned Appellate Court dismissed the appeal and affirmed order dated 10.02.2012 passed by the lower Court. It is the only argument advanced by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the revisionist has already served the sentence awarded by the trial Court and he does not want to press the revision. As per the statement of learned counsel for the revisionist, the revision is dismissed as not being pressed at this stage with the direction to the concerned Jail Authority to release the revisionist in the present matter, if he has served the sentence and not required in any other case.
