As per the order dated 01.09.2021, the trial were to be concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. The Presiding Officer has moved an application dated 24.08.2022 for granting some additional time for disposal of the case, since the matter is pending for recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, time extension application is allowed for a further period of four months. Registry is directed to inform the concerned Presiding Officer for compliance. |
