Accused – Jasvinder Singh has sought his release on bail in connection with Case Crime/ FIR No.651 of 2012, u/ s 30 of Arms Act, registered at P.S. Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. It is argued that the accused has been enlarged on bail in another case under Section 302 IPC; accordingly, he is entitled for bail in the present matter also; he is ready to furnish the surety. Per contra, learned counsel for the State has no objection. Since the accused has been enlarged on bail in another case under Section 302 IPC; accordingly, without going into merits of the case, it is a fit case for bail at this stage. Accordingly, bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
