			BA1 No.2272 of 2021 Hon’ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J. Mrs. Prabha Naithani, Advocate for the applicant. Mr. Dinesh Chauhan, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhad. The applicant, who is the father-in-law is shown to be as one of the co-accused person in Case Crime No.64 of 2020, which has been registered against him for commission of the offence under Section 304-B of I.P.C. at P.S. Kankhal, District Haridwar. In the FIR, which was thus registered on 16.03.2020; though the applicant is named in the FIR; alongwith the other relatives, who are shown to be involved in the commission of offence under Section 304-B of I.P.C., but if the set of allegations levelled in the FIR, are exclusively taken into consideration except, that there is a reference of the name of the applicant, no specific role has been assigned as such to him, in commission of the offence. Besides this, the mother-in-law too, who was similarly named in the FIR, had applied for bail before this Court being BA1 No.2289 of 2020 and she has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 09.06.2021. Considering the fact, that role of the mother-in-law, as well as the applicant, though is not expressively made out from the contents of the FIR, and both the cases, stand on the same footing, the present applicant too is directed to be released on bail subject to furnishing of his personal bond as well as two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. However, it is made clear that whatsoever observations,have been made bythis Court
