Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:-
Learned counsel for the State points out that petitioner had earlier filed WPMS No. 2059 of 2020 and the order dated 14.10.2020, impugned in the present writ petition, was also challenged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge to the order dated 14.10.2020 is now being made on new grounds.
It is settled position in law that once the petition, seeking a particular relief is dismissed, then subsequent petition, for same relief on a different ground, is not maintainable.
In such view of the matter, present writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
