Appellant seeks leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 18th September, 2018 passed in complaint no. 312 of 2015, Pravesh Kumar vs. Mani Mohan Biswas, by the court of Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh, Dehradun.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that law has not rightly been applicable to decide the case and acquit the respondent.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that nothing was due to be paid to the appellant.
Having considered, this court is of the view that this matter requires consideration.
