Petitioners in this writ petition were appointed as Assistant Teacher in Government Schools. The State Government decided to utilize their services as Coordinator in Block Resource Centre (BRC) or Cluster Resource Centre (CRC). Now the State Government has taken a decision to repatriate Coordinators in Block Resource Centre (BRC) or Cluster Resource Centre (CRC), now known as Block Resource Person (BRP) and Cluster Resource Person (CRP), to their parent cadre. The said decision has been conveyed vide Government Order dated 25.01.2018. Consequently, petitioners have now been repatriated and they are now required to serve as Teacher in Government Schools.
Petitioners are claiming their absorption on the post of Block Resource Person (BRP)/ Cluster Resource Person (CRP). They have sought various other reliefs in this writ petition.
Ms. Seema Sah, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand submits that controversy involved in this writ petition stands concluded by judgment dated 27.04.2019 rendered by this Court in WPSS No. 209 of 2018..
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the above submission made by learned Brief Holder.
Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 27.04.2019 rendered in WPSS No. 209 of 2018.
