The petitioners have preferred this Writ Petition quashing the F.I.R. No. 705 of 2018 dated 28th December, 2018, at Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar for commission of offences under Sections 452, 364, 376, 511, 342, 323 and 506 I.P.C..
Today, the matter is listed on an application, being Application No. 7278 of 2019, which has been submitted by the Investigating Officer, wherein, the Investigating Officer has informed that on culmination of the investigation, he has already submitted a chargesheet against the petitioners on 25.05.2019.
In view of the aforesaid subsequent development, the lis as agitated in the present Writ Petition, has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
