There is no representation for the petitioner. Mr. H.M. Raturi, Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand.
Writ Petition No. 1588 (M/S) of 2014 filed by the petitioner was disposed of with a direction to Tehsildar, Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar to decide the mutation case of the petitioner veryvery expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.
It is alleged in the contempt petition that the order of Writ Court has not been complied with.
Tehsildar Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar has filed a compliance affidavit. In para no. 9 of the said compliance affidavit, it has been stated that after hearing the matter, the mutation case has been finally decided on 25.05.2015. Copy of the final order dated 25.05.2015 has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the said affidavit.
Since the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, therefore nothing survives in this contempt petition.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
Contempt notice issued against opposite party no. 1 is hereby discharged.
