The case is taken up today before the Lok Adalat.
This appeal has been filed by the Insurance Company against the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal concerned.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Insurance Company is ready for compromise and, in pursuance of same, the Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal filed by it.
In view of the above submission, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
The compromise shall now form part of record.
The balance amount, if any, shall be paid by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order before the Tribunal concerned.
