According to the petitioner, he had submitted the proposal to “Doordarshan” for telecast of 26 episodes, which is not considered.
The matter relates to the year 2009. Furthermore, this is a case of commercial nature of transactions between the petitioner and the Doordarshan.
In view thereof, no interference is called for by this Court.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
