Learned counsel for the State submitted that Final Report has been filed against the writ petitioner. In view of the above development, the criminal writ petition has rendered infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 20.09.2012 will continue to operate till the submission of the Final Report before the Court concerned and no further.
