Learned counsel for the State makes a statement that after completion of investigation, final report was filed against the petitioner, as no case is said to have been made out against him.
In view of aforesaid submission, the criminal writ petition has rendered infructuous.
The same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order dated 19.08.2013 shall continue to operate till the submission of final report before the court concerned and no further.
