By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought a writ for direction to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to decide and conclude proceedings of Original Suit No. 288 of 2013, Vivek Bhatia vs. Anju Bhatia (under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955) considering the provisions of Section 21(B) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 very very expeditiously.
Considering the provision of provision of Section 21(B) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, this Court directs the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun to conclude the proceeding of Original Suit No. 288 of 2013, Vivek Bhatia vs. Anju Bhatia (under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955) pending before him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
