The applicant seeks bail in connection with Case Crime no.326/2013, under Sections 394, 325, 354 (A),411 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Gangnahar Roorkee, District Haridwar.
Heard learned counsel for the parties, considered the grounds taken in the bail application and perused the documents on record.
Co-accused Tayyab, with similar role, was granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 21.02.2014. Applicant is in jail since 09.11.2013 and has no previous criminal history.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, a case of bail is made out in favour of the present applicant on the ground of parity. The bail application is allowed. Let the accused-applicant be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing

two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.
