I have heard learned Counsel for the parties. I dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.2 i.e. Director General, Medical Health and Family Welfare, Uttarakhand, Dehradun to treat a copy of the writ petition as representation and decide the same upon hearing the petitioner. After hearing the matter, he shall pass a speaking order.
Entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
Let a copy of the writ petition and certified copy of this order be forwarded to the above Officer.
