Allahabad High Court which stood transferred to this Court after the creation of new State of Uttarakhand and renumbered as writ petition (s/s) no. 561 of 2001. The said writ petition was finally disposed of by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 22.2.2006 directing the respondents that the case of the petitioner may also be considered for regularization. Consequently, the services of the petitioner were regularized w.e.f. 23.5.2006 vide order dated 8.6.2006.
