After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent No. 4 to consider petitioner’s representation, being annexure4 to the writ petition, and to decide upon giving personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. In the meantime, counselling exercise may continue, however, final decision has to be taken after disposal of the representation.
