None for the revisionist, even in the revised list. On 29.07.2013, revision was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the revisionist.
Perusal of the impugned judgment passed by Judge, Family Court, Nainital reveals that maintenance to the revisionist was declined on the ground that wife is living separately from her husband without there being any sufficient cause and wife was engaged gainfully, as she was running a grocery shop.
Having perused the impugned judgment, I do not find any illegality or jurisdictional error in the impugned judgment. Consequently, revision fails and is dismissed.
