Affidavit of compliance on behalf of respondent no.1 has been filed, same is taken on record. In paragraph 4 of the affidavit of compliance of respondent no.1 it is mentioned that the order passed by this Court on 14.08.2012 in writ petition no.1100 (S/S) of 2012 has been complied with as representation of the petitioner has been decided by the respondent no.1 on 15.02.2013.
In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner has been decided, the contempt petition has rendered infructuous and is dismissed.
